Sales Executive Intern
Objective: Learn the fundamentals of sales, client relationship management, and lead conversion through hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients for company products through market research and lead databases.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce products and services.
- Present product features, benefits, and solutions to address client needs.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a database of leads using CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Contribute to preparing sales strategies and analyzing client feedback to improve the pitch.
- Support the team in preparing sales reports and meeting revenue targets.
- Languages - Hindi, English, Kannada, and Marathi.
Tools Provided:
- CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Excel-based tools).
- Product demo and onboarding client portal access
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build strong communication and negotiation skills.
